The short version: We see nothing. We store nothing.
Every tool runs in your browser. Files are never uploaded to any server, never stored, never seen by anyone — including us. This is how it's built, not just marketing.
1. Your files
Zero data collected. All processing is client-side using pdf-lib and PDF.js running in your browser tab. Files do not travel over the internet.
2. How it works
Browser reads the file locally via FileReader API
pdf-lib or PDF.js processes it in your browser tab
Output file is created locally and downloaded to your device
When you close the tab, all data is permanently gone
3. Cookies & Analytics
HugMyPDF currently uses no advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we introduce advertising in the future, we will update this policy and notify users clearly.
4. Third-party services
We load fonts from Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries from public CDNs. These providers may log your IP address as part of normal CDN operation.
